STEPS TO PROCEED:-
- The cause happens due to you don't have Premium account.
- So don't worry just download ULTRASURF from below link
- Link -- http://ultrasurf.us
- Now go to putlocker and connect the ultrasurf.
- Ultrasurf setting -- go to proxy->click on auto detect and connect it.
- here we go
- Now you can download unlimited times movies from putlocker.
When you are connected with Ultrasurf Refresh your browser by f5 and your download option will be shown then click on download (WOW!! You Bypass the DOWNLOAD limit of PUTLOCKER)..

Windows 8.1 ERROR driver (_Iqrl_not_less_or_equal ) SOLVED..
Today I am posting about the error in WINDOWS 8.1 which most of the people suffering from it .The error occurs due to HARDWARE of your wireless card,and the error is IQRL NOT LESS OR EQUAL with smiling sign.

STEPS TO PROCEED:-
- You just have Windows 8.1 img file in any of your folder .
- Extract with winrar and save it there.
- Shutdown your pc
- Take a screw driver and take it out your WLAN CARD easily.
- If everything OK
- Start your PC and start the setup of WINDOWS 8.1
- After successfully installed remove the every driver from NETWORK ADAPTER in device manager.
- Shut your pc
- put your WLAN CARD back.
- Start the system and the error is gone.
- Install the driver for your wireless card and everything work fine.
- PROBLEM IS SOLVED..........
